Jamie Etheredge brings over 15 years of sales and operations experience in restaurant sales and distribution.  Jamie provides supervision to site managers at the various express car wash locations across the Carolina's to provide the best customer experience.  He oversees the chemical team to ensure the best and most efficient chemicals are being used at each car wash location. He also works closely with the site managers to to assure the expenses at each site stay on budget. Jamie is happily married to Krystal, and they have one daughter, Destiney, and their loving fur baby, Mia.  He enjoys spending time on Lake Murray and riding their UTV on their property in Batesburg-Leesville, SC.

Erika Vilaro, a proud native of Fayetteville, NC, serves as the Operations Manager for the Carolinas at Hurricane Express Wash. With 15 years of extensive experience in building high-performing teams and delivering outstanding customer service, she has honed her expertise in fostering positive and efficient work environments. At the core of her values is family—Erika is a proud mother to three wonderful children, who are her greatest motivation and joy. Outside of her professional accomplishments, Erika values quality time with family and friends and is dedicated to supporting various non-profit organizations within the community.

John Cowan has washed over 1 million cars and brings 30+ years of operations experience from customer service, management, maintenance and repair in the full service and express car washes. John provides the best car wash experience possible to his customers in VA/MD district. John currently resides in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach, VA with his fiancé, Catalina. When John is not washing cars he enjoys quality time with his 4 children, 3 grandchildren and his 7 dogs.

Alex Felder brings over 20 years of operations and management experience to the HRA Management team.  He grew up and worked in a family business in Agriculture and Trucking until moving to Lexington, SC with his wife Meredith and their three daughters Claire, Julia, and Nora.  Alex is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Business Management.  After starting with HRA Management as a Multi-Site manager, he was promoted to Regional Manager of the express car washes in the central SC region and is currently the Maintenance Manager for the company. 

Timothy Reid was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and brings over six years of experience in the car wash industry along with more than a decade in management. As District Manager for Hurricane Express Wash locations across Alabama and Tennessee, Timothy is passionate about leading his teams to provide outstanding service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Outside of work, Timothy enjoys spending time with his family and playing video games with his three children. His commitment to family and teamwork is reflected in his leadership style and dedication to creating a positive work environment.

Derek Foster is the IT Manager for HRA Management. Derek began learning to repair cars and computers at 9 years old. In high school, Derek pursued his interest in auto mechanics at Norfolk Technical Center. There he graduated number one in his class.  For the next 15 years, Derek worked in the automotive industry from automotive repair to car wash management. He has led the design and development of web applications, commercials, and other marketing campaigns.  In his spare time, Derek is often under the hood of his car, studying computer science, or researching the future of technology.

Courtney relocated from Massachusetts to the Charleston area in early 2022 with her husband and two children. Her professional background includes working in the banking and health care industries in various operational and administrative positions. Courtney’s role as the HR and Operations Support Manager is to effectively govern and perfect operations for seamless acquisition and management of our properties. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys traveling with her family and doing DIY home improvement projects.

Olivia White is the Marketing Manager at HRA Management, where she combines her expertise in strategic communication with a creative touch. A native of Pawleys Island, SC, Olivia graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina, earning a degree in English Language and Literature with a minor in Advertising. During her studies, she also pursued freelance art, further fueling her creative passion. Before transitioning into marketing, Olivia worked as a paralegal, where she developed strong analytical skills and attention to detail—qualities she now applies to her marketing work. At HRA Management, Olivia oversees marketing campaigns and brand development, using her diverse background to craft strategies that drive engagement and growth. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys getting lost in a good book, perfecting her culinary skills, and spending time with her husband, Hudson, and their two dogs—Penny the corgi and Poppy the Aussie. She’s also an avid traveler, having visited over 35 countries, which has deepened her appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. Olivia’s unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and love for exploration makes her a dynamic and valued member of the HRA Management team.

Kimberly, a Maryland native who moved to North Carolina in 2017, brings over 20 years of office administration and executive administrative support experience. Kimberly leverages excellent computer, customer service, and people skills to quickly accomplish department goals. Within Kimberly’s role as HRA Management’s Transaction Coordinator she will be responsible for overseeing account transactions from start to finish for new acquisitions and coordinating with vendors and suppliers to make each transaction as smooth as possible. Kimberly enjoys traveling and visiting family and friends back in Maryland and Pennsylvania. She is a huge Baltimore Ravens Fan, loves riding her motorcycle and her trips to Ocean Isle Beach.  

Ryan Thorsen is a Data Engineer for HRA Management. He has a Finance Degree from Indiana University, and has spent the past few years working in Banking and Real Estate. At HRA Management, Ryan oversees the data management across of all our sites and works to help make strategic business decisions based on that information. In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors and playing sports.
